What’s involved in onboarding?

Onboarding is quick. We collect your FAQs, key business info, and website admin details. Within a few days, your chatbot is live on your site — customised with your branding, business knowledge and ready to engage customers 24/7. Upon successfully signing up, you will received an email explaining everything very clearly.

What happens if the chatbot doesn’t know the answer?

If it can’t confidently respond, the chatbot politely asks for the visitor’s details and flags the conversation for you or your team via the mobile app/email. That way, no lead slips through the cracks.
